Brentwood Proposed Sites – 2015 + Missing Sites North of A12

Updated 31st March March 2018

DUNTON HILLS GARDEN VILLAGE (really a New Town)

To rely on Basildon Disticts infrastructure which means Basildon Residents (Basildon, Billericay, Laindon and Wickford) will have to pay Higher Council Taxes &/or have services cut to pay because of this development.

Brentwood Borough Council’s reports regarding proposed NEW HOMES building sites omits some areas where development should be considered e.g. Greenfield Sites North of A12 and North Brentwood besides containing inaccurate/misleading information  e.g. AIR QUALITY.
Unfortunately the Council does not appear to want to give details how the RATINGS were formulated, only state look  at our website for the details (whether accurate or not)!

Please NOTE the chief environmental health officer confirmed in March 2015 there is nothing wrong with the Air Quality in Pilgrims Hatch
(suitable for over 2,000 New Homes).
He also confirmed only a very few areas on motorways adversely affected, as rest were being removed from monitoring.

Therefore, best estimates below after reference to information obtained.

PLEASE NOTEAppears AREAS in BRENTWOOD – ONE GOLD STAR for AIR QUALITY!

NOTE: BRENTWOOD OMIT GREENFIELD & OTHER SITES NORTH OF A12 for Developments from Plans

REPORTS: YOU CAN SEE  from chart below HOW ‘PILGRIMS HATCH’ FIGURES and Others HAVE BEEN MANIPULATED. Air Quality should read ONE GOLD STAR.

PLEASE NOTE – Missing SUPERB GREENFIELD SITES NORTH of A12 where development wanted by Brentwood Residents
(suitable for several thousands of NEW HOMES).
